Shipping Policy (US/UK/DE)

1. Shipping cost

Pricing based on product weight. Check the cost at checkout page

2. Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

    • Shipping time: 3-7 days
    • Processing Time: 1-3 days

Note: During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.

3. Shipping Destinations

United States

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping, Monday through Sunday(excluding Chinese public holidays).
APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not supported.

4. Order Tracking

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.

As soon as your order is packed, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

Third-party logistics providers with real-time tracking handle all shipments. However, delays or losses may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

If this happens, we will:

A. Provide Ongoing Support

We will stay in close communication and keep you informed about your shipment status.

B. Offer Solutions

Depending on the situation, we may:

      • Arrange a replacement shipment using a faster method

      • Re-dispatch your order if delays are significant

6. Order Cancellation

    • Orders can be canceled before processing for a full refund
    • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible

You will receive an email notification once your order is dispatched.

If you no longer want the package after it has shipped, you may contact us to arrange a return after delivery.
