Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At HowGo, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order under the conditions below.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, and cannot be altered, washed, or damaged. Returns must be approved before being sent back; unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact us at larry@howgo.cool with your order number and reason for return. For damaged or incorrect items, photo or video evidence may be required. We will provide instructions for how to return your item once approved.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at larry@howgo.cool.

Additional Information

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, items must follow the return process. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Packages refused or returned due to an incorrect address may incur additional fees.
